FloorSpy Mobile Attendant is intended for use by customer service staff of retail stores, casinos, hotels. The serviced building or floor is divided into service areas and locations. Requests for service (tasks) come through the server that receives events from the store management systems or service call buttons installed throughout the serviced location.
Application has three tabs: Queue (new tasks), Tasks (assigned tasks) and Alerts. User can also add tasks from the mobile device and report on tasks completion or close them.
